Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Airport Shuttle Turkey's airport transfer services. By requesting or booking a transfer with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Airport Shuttle Turkey.

  • "Client," "You," "Passenger": Refers to the person booking or using the service.

  • "Service": Refers to the airport transfer service as described.

  • "Booking": Refers to the confirmed reservation for our Service.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • To request a Service, the Client must fill out the booking request form on our website with accurate information (e.g., flight numbers, arrival times, hotel addresses, number of passengers, contact details).

  • Submitting the form is a request for service and does not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation voucher or message from Us. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy and report any errors immediately.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person (unless specified otherwise for group shuttles).

  • Our prices are all-inclusive, covering vehicle, driver, fuel, and toll charges. Gratuities (tips) are at your discretion.

  • Payment is made to the driver in cash (EUR/USD/TRY) on the day of transfer [Или измените на вашу модель оплаты, если она другая].

4. Cancellations and Amendments

  • By You (The Client):

    • Free cancellation is permitted if you notify us at least [24] hours before your scheduled pickup time.

    • Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the pickup time are non-refundable [Или "will incur a fee of X%"].

    • Amendments to your booking (e.g., change of time, address) are subject to availability and must be requested at least [12] hours in advance.

  • By Us (The Company):

    • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or for safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund (if payment was prepaid) will be provided.

5. Our Service Commitment

  • Flight Monitoring: We monitor your flight's arrival time. The pickup time will be adjusted automatically based on your actual landing time.

  • Waiting Time: We provide [60] minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups (starting from the flight's actual landing time) and [15] minutes for hotel pickups. After the free waiting time expires, a waiting fee may be applied.

  • Meet & Greet: Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Child Seats: Child seats are provided upon request. Please specify the age of the children when requesting the booking to ensure the correct seat is provided.

  • Conduct: Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol, or behave disruptively in the vehicle. Seatbelts must be worn.

  • Correct Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the booking request form. We are not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to: severe weather, road closures, accidents, or exceptional traffic congestion.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or left behind in our vehicles.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
